Direct Access To Song’s Lyrics In Google Search Result

Google has launched a new feature to its search result. Now, Google allows users to search for your favorite song lyrics, from its search engine. You can find song lyrics, straight from search box. No more pain to search song lyrics. With the old browsing, the search engine provided the website links to search song’s lyrics, and you have to click on the link to find the lyrics. But now, Google will directly provide you lyrics. As you start typing the lyrics words, Google will display music lyrics at the top of its search results pages.

This feature of Google may reduce the visiting on the lyrics websites like songlyrics.com and azlyrics.com and many more like these. By the addition of song lyrics results to Knowledge Graph Google is just showing longer snippets of the lyrics with a link that point to Google Play. Google is promoting its own content above search results, pointing to third-party websites. Google is working to extend the lyrics database. Google is now surfacing lyrics for a limited number of songs.

This is a good thing for the lyrics searchers; they can quickly access the song lyrics without having to click through, ad-infested lyrics websites. Microsoft’s search engine and Bing, has launched its new “lyrics experience” in October. There you will find an option to subscribe and buy the track, to get Google Play’s All Access subscription service. Google is making the process to sing your favorite songs easier.
