1. Click start.

2. Click run.

3. Type regedit.

4. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.

3. Modify the existing value of NoRecentDocsHistory by double clicking.

4. Set the Data Value to 1. Save it and close the registry editor.

Now reboot your pc.Your recent documents folder would remain empty always and no one can track your recent documens.

 

2nd way is by cleaning your Hard Drive

When you use pc services and software many times they creates temporary files. Even after the program you closed. Sometimes program doesn’t close properly, they run in the background and makes the pc slow. So you need to close them.

You have to do regular clean up your hard disk to remove temporary system files, emptying the Recycle Bin and getting rid of system files you don’t need any more:
